We had a wonderful experience with Blake. He was so professional and knowledgeable about his installation of our garage door and openers. Outstanding service! He stated his work would be done in 45 minutes or less and he nailed it! Thank you Blake!

I apologize for not sending this sooner. When I called Precision, I never expected to get a new garage door opener and have it installed the same day. Your technician, Kyle, did a great job in explaining and installing the opener and how everything worked. He was courteous and efficient. I don’t know where you can get better service then this. Thank you!!

I choose Precision because they answered the phone and could get to me on Saturday afternoon. I have a lot of valuable stuff in my garage, and would not want to leave the door open over night. The way it was, it was impossible to close the garage door. Your representative was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, repaced all the worn or broken parts and did a great job. I will choose Precision again if I have future garage door problems.

We needed new weather stripping for one of our garage doors. They did a great job color matching it to our door. Kyle Muyskens was great to work with, friendly, professional and meticulous. It looks so good we are going to have the other door done as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician or experience. Will definitely recommend Precison to our family and friends.

Fast, convenient service. Called ahead and came 2 hours early on a Sunday. Explained needed repairs, provided quote, replaced broken door spring, adjusted door so it closes tightly and reset door remotes that haven't worked for years. Very pleased.

Knowledgeable, not pushy and seemed to be trustworthy. This was the only company I called that actually could come out today (called Precision about 3 pm and they were here before 5 pm) as advertised. Three other big name garage door companies told me the soonest they could come would be Monday afternoon (yet their ads said same day service) Also was able to get 30 day quote if I decide to replace some parts that likely will need replacing without being charged another service charge.

Ryan Swift was very professional, polite, and patient. He called to discuss his arrival time and was on time. He reviewed the situation with the door and took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. We discussed what the bill would before and after the work was done. He quickly fixed what we discussed and went through the costs again before leaving. Overall Ryan's professionalism and quality of work made it a good experience. Thank you.
