My installer's name is Worth and I couldn't have asked for a more courteous, friendly person. He explained everything in full, answered any questions I had, and explained what and why I might consider certain features. He had me up and running in no time with a much better, and quieter, garage door opener. I am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend using Precision to anyone needing garage door service. 10/10 will recommend your company every time. I love that you send a picture of the technician with some information before they come out so I knew who to expect. That was awesome. Worth came out to do some repairs and he was so nice and professional. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. My son came home from school as Worth was about to leave and he was so patient and answered his questions about the door. Great experience overall. Thanks Worth!

Brody and Bernard arrived at the time indicated, got right to work, and very efficiently installed the new garage door. They took time to explain maintenance going forward and helped me get my opener app re-installed. They were very helpful, neat and efficient.

We had a broken spring on our door, so I called Precision. They were able to send a technician out the same day, who was within the time they'd given us. Our tech, Worth, provided a full inspection and ran through the options for repair. There was no pressure to select one option over the other. Once we picked the repairs to complete, he had everything needed to get it done on the spot. The door works perfectly now.

Never thought about my garage door opener until the day it didn’t work. The Precision Door jingle popped into my head. It was a Saturday, but they answered the call and sent someone within three hours. Ryan told me what had broken and why and my options for fixing it. After he fixed it, Ryan showed me the new parts. The whole repair process took a little over an hour.

This was my first experience with Precision Door. Jordan Andrus was my service provider. He did an exceptional job. I had very noisy motion movement and a seal issue at the bottom of the poor. What I appreciated was that he first diagnosed the issues, suggested multiple solutions and then let me decide. There was no upscale or pressure. There is more I want done in the future and I’ll definitely call Precision and request Jordan in the spring to complete the services suggested. I now believe the TV adds. Precision is the genuine standard for garage door service. Many thanks.

Discovered our garage door springs were broken, called Precision and they told us we would have someone out between 4 and 6 today, I called at 4. They were there in 30 minutes serviced the door as well as made the spring change. I am not thrilled how much springs are but everything else on that service call was top notch. My tech was professional and personable. He made suggestions on door maintenance and even left a can of spray lubricant for me to do maintenance on my own. Very pleased with the service, thank you.

If you want to get ripped off by the worst company call them they quote me 780 to fix my garage door I call a great guy on CL and he did it for 350. This company wants to change parts that you don’t need or want to charge you extra. Literally scammers.

After coming home from work to find that a spring had broken, I called to make an, HOPING for an appointment in the next day or two. Nope, I was helped that day! Making the appointment was quick and easy, with confirmation and an installer profile/ picture sent within minutes. Ryan arrived on time and didn’t just go right to the broken spring, he asked me if I had any other concerns or issues that I would like him to look at. In 15 minutes he had 4 options for me based on my original call and the other issues I had brought up. And since they have almost everything they need on their trucks, Ryan was able to not only fix my springs, but installed a new opener! We went from an opener that sounded like a freight train, to one that is as quiet as an electric car. We are so impressed with how we were treated and with Ryan’s professionalism and quality work. I would highly recommend contacting them should you need emergency repairs or are just looking to upgrade your current garage door opener.

Representative from Precision came out, he was very nice. He took several pictures & quoted me $1300.00 to fix my garage door. Told him I couldn't afford that... And he left. Before he left, I asked if Precision was associated with AHS (American Home Shield) He said no. I called AHS, and they sent me a representative from a competitor. After his assessment, he told me my Garage door wasn't broke at all, and that "something" just came loose. The gentleman did the quick fix with the materials that were still attached to the door, greased & lubricated everything and left. (no charge)
