We were concerned about noisy closing and opening of our garage door one year after spring and hardware replacement by Precision. Our service call was scheduled within 48 hours based on our availability. Adam Looman, Service Tech, arrived promptly as scheduled, listened to our concerns and spent time assessing the situation. He reassured us that things were working properly, lubricated the tracks as needed, and left us with a can of lubricant and instructions as to how and when to lubricate. He was knowledgeable and patient, and did a great job addressing our concerns, all at no charge to us! Overall, a terrific service experience.

Worth Henry and Nathan White were a pleasure to deal with. They did a thorough check of my garage door, opener, and overall function. Our garage door broke on Saturday night. First thing Sunday morning Scott was there to fix it. He did an excellent job and explained everything he was going to do. Thirty minutes later our door was fixed! We’ll definitely call Precision again.

We had chosen Precision when our garage door would not open. They were out within a few hours and had us taken care of. They were so nice to work with. Yesterday, I called with an opener not working. Within a couple of hours they were out and not only replaced the opener, at no charge, but checked the opener system to make sure it was ok. I have been very pleased with the service we have received. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've had a few great experiences with Precision Garage Door. The most recent one was that our exterior keypad wasn't working. After many attempts to reprogram myself, Precision came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at no charge. In fact, the owner came out himself! They were very professional and courteous. I can't recommend Precision Garage Door enough!

This is our second opener we have purchased on two residences. We called Precision and they were here the next day. Installed new opener system and were completed in a little over an hour. We were happy with the service we had on our first property which prompted us to use their service again.

Our spring snapped, trapping my son's car inside. (Manual lever didn't work). I called in the late afternoon, and they booked me for 1st thing the next morning.(a Saturday) Adam called saying he was on his way, and sent a Bio so I knew what he looked like, and alittle about him professionally & personally. He arrived, assessed the situation, provided 3 options and discussed things in detail when I had questions. He got to work immediately, and had everything done and cleaned up in 2 hours. He was VERY professional and personable and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I would highly recommend this company based solely on this one transaction and the office customer service.

The service was awesome! Brandon and his team were on time and got to work right away to repair my shop doors. They provided me with options for the repairs and did not pressure me to do either.
