He spent time listening to customer, then did general diagnostics to problem solve. Gave reasonable explanation of issues and most economical options for remedy. Not cheap, but no high pressure sales tactics. Felt that he really knew his job. I would recommend this company again.

Called Monday morning, Caiden your service technician was at our door 3 hours later. Caiden explained our options for a new garage opener and we decided on upgrading our 2008 craftsman to a new Genie belt drive. Was fast and friendly and very patient explaining our options and operating our new opener. Definitely a great technician and very knowledgeable !

We contacted you after a Google search for garage door repair in our area. Your staff that answered our call was very professional and scheduled a technician for same day service. Since we had a broken spring having it fixed same day was amazing. The technician contacted us en route and arrived as scheduled. I called Precision at two, and my tech Caiden arrived at 3:00 PM. Caiden explained what was wrong, how it could be fixed, and how much the repair would cost. He went to work, and 30 minutes later, the repair we discussed, and more, were complete. Caiden was polite, and qui k with a smile and a firm handshake. We discussed possible concerns for the future, and how we would address them. And if I choose to replace my 40 year old door, I'll request Caiden. I trust him to do it fast and do it right, and anyone reading this should, too.

Technician showed up for appointment on time, was courteous and explained conditions of the garage door and what was needed. Also took the time to go over what was done after the work was complete. My issues with Precision was that (1) they were not able to send someone out in an emergency when I couldn't open my garage door so that I could get to an appointment and (2) When asked, the technician stated that the warranty was transferrable and all that was needed was for the new owner to call in. This was important as I am thinking of downsizing and moving. The invoice I received after the repairs were done, stated the warranty was not transferrable. The door appears to be operating smoothly upon the technician's departure.

I called and talked to Susan, She was Great, expecting to wait a few days to a week for a Technician to show up, this was at two in the afternoon and the Service Tech showed up at Five...Extremely Fast and Timely ! Caiden Farrand was the Professional Service Technician and He was Honest and Great to work with, turns out it is a job I can do myself by leveling the floor underneath the door so there is no gaps whatsoever between the bottom of the Garage Door and the Floor. Caiden charged me absolutely nothing for his Professional Advise and help saying the rubber seal on the bottom of my garage door was in good shape and not in need of replacement. No Charge for the Service Call and if I would have had work done a 5% Veteran Discount. I Highly Recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Des Moines !

We had one side of our garage doors spring snap and break. So we needed to find someone to repair the door and where looking all night into the morning online to try and find someone. Looking through all the reviews. We found precision. And they where ranked extremely high with customer service and work. So we went ahead set up a appointment and where out the same day. And was able to get everything fixed and repaired in about a hour. Maybe less. Caiden was amazing and great. Very kind and caring. I chose Precision from seeing their TV ads. My garage door would not close and Caiden was to my home within a few hours of my calling to schedule. The door needed a number of adjustments/repairs to put it back in good condition and everything we needed was on the truck including new springs and rollers.
