I called two hours ago.....technician called and arrived within an hour. At my request (after his diagnosis, ) he gave me itemized estimates on three specific repairs we were looking at, as well as the total for all three, complete. This helped me budget how I was going to pay for the job(s.) I really appreciate that. I wasn't planning on doing anything, today, but, decided to go ahead and have one of the three repairs done, since I was happy with the price, the speed of the service, and the technician, himself. I have used Precision Garage Door before. They were prompt then and were again this time. I explained that the keypad (original keypad being ~30 years old) was being slow along with the remote. After the serviceman evaluated the whole door, he determined the keypad was wearing out and replacement of keypad would be needed. It works great now!
