The Technician arrived AHEAD of schedule, & carefully checked out the bearings, rollers, cables & drums (the spring was broken). I was given a quote, and the technician raised the door manually so I could leave for an appointment & he immediately started work. The technician left when finished & the area worked in was immaculate. He was quite courteous & explained everything quite well.

We chose Precision because of the great experience we have had with technician Kyle Muyskens. He is always professional with great customer service skills. Over the years, when we have needed garage door service for our older home, Precision has been available in many cases the same day. Kyle is a great problem solver, diagnoses the issue, gives honest recommendations and completes the work to our satisfaction every time. The best thing I can say is we trust him. Kyle came out shortly after I called about the broken spring on the garage door. He was extremely professional and very courteous. He did an inspection on the door and parts and was very knowledgeable. Answered my questions and explained what the repairs would entail and cost prior to proceeding. My initial contact and service call with Bryce was very positive and when the issue of installing a new keypad was diagnosed as a problem with the circuit board, the charge for the service call was waived and quotes for a new opener or new circuit board were promptly sent. We decided on a new unit, and Jordan’s installation service on June 6 was quick and efficient. The availability and use of a $50 coupon toward the total cost helped to “soften” the blow of a bigger than expected expenditure from our earlier plan of just replacing the keypad. Thank you for your good service and professionalism.

This morning our garage door spring broke, called Precision and to our surprise they were able to come out before noon. Ryan was great. He came on time, explained everything very clearly, discussed options, etc. Once he started to replace the opener things went smoothly and he wasted no time. Kyle M. was great! He looked over my door for any issues and wear. He recommended roller replacements along with the spring (the obvious issue). Works smooth now! Can't believe how quiet the door is. Same day service on a Friday. Even though he arrived just after 5:30, he took the time to walk me through what was needed. Quality job! Highly recommend.

Seen commercial on tv many tv many times, finally had my phone in my hand so I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my bad garage door opener, with no wait time my appointment was scheduled, I called late Tuesday afternoon and they were there Thursday by noon, gave me a great estimate for exactly the opener I was looking for and installed it the same day, when their commercials say their trucks are fully stocked, they are. I was very impressed with Sam (estimator and installer) and his assistant, the really knew what they were doing and were done cleaned up in no time. These two gentlemen showed professional courtesy in representing Precision Door Service and I highly recommend them, I believe they will do a great service for any door repair you may need done, Thank you!!!
