I chose Precision from seeing their TV ads. My garage door would not close and Caiden was to my home within a few hours of my calling to schedule. The door needed a number of adjustments/repairs to put it back in good condition and everything we needed was on the truck including new springs and rollers. I was very pleased with the prompt courteous service I received from the Precision Door technician, Kyle Muyskens. He explained what needed to be done to the current door system to insure safe operation after the new garage door opener was installed. He explained the new system and cleaned the area when he finished. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a new garage door opener or a "tune-up" on their old door.

Our garage door spring broke on Tuesday evening. In the morning my wife and I had to manually raise the door to get the car out and get the kids to school. Around 8AM I called and was told to expect a technician between 10am and noon. By noon Kyle Muyskens had arrived! He quickly determined the appropriate fix and we discussed the options.
