His hobbies include hunting, fishing, golf, and supporting his daughter's pageants. Brandon has 3 daughters and 2 sons which keep him very busy. During the workday, his favorite drink is Dr Pepper. Last night my garage door broke beyond what I was able to fix on my own. I called Precision this morning and they were going to have someone out to me within a couple hours. Brandon Cosner called me shortly after and was able to be at my house within 15 minutes or so. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a couple options. He was able to temporarily fix my door and track so it would actually close. I've set up a time next week to have the door and track replaced (and installed properly). I'm very happy they were able to get to me so quickly, and I'd definitely recommend Brandon!

Precision was amazing to work with! They were prompt, super communicative and fast. Our spring snapped right before a blizzard and I was nervous we'd be stuck but Brandon came out same day and got us all fixed up. He was extremely knowledgeable and super efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Noticed that my panels on garage door had sunlight coming thru and then saw screws had pulled loose from the hinges. Called Precision at 9:20am and within an hour the service tech was there to fix it. Even though it wasn't an emergency you showed up immediately. Tech Brandon show me what else was or could go wrong, wrote up the estimate, which I approved & repair completely quickly. Great reaction time, tech work & customer service. Thank you

My door went down fine when I left this AM, but my wife later told me she heard "a noise" as the door went down. It would only open a few inches when I returned. I determined it was likely a broken spring, though it was internal to the shaft at the top of the door so it couldn't be seen. Having just recently seen an ad for precision, I called around 11:30 and was told a tech could be here between 12:00 and 2:00. AMAZING! Brandon showed up and immediately agreed it was the spring. I signed his estimate and, having the parts with him, began immediately. He replaced all necessary hardware and also replaced the rollers as he was able to show me these were significantly worn. The work was fast and obviously that of a well- trained professional. We also got to exchange a few hunting stories! :) Don't hesitate to call Precision.

I call Precision Garage door at 7:30 and they were able to get here by 8:30. Fantastic! Brandon was the technician and was extremely knowledgeable. He went through the safety check and provided me a list of options and explained each option. He completed the work in about an hour and I was extremely pleased with the results. Precision just replaced the springs on our door today after we had one break. Brandon Cosner reviewed our existing door and recommended the service we needed based on the age of the hardware. I damaged my garage door enough to knock the roller out of the track and for it not to close. I immediately called Precision because I see their commercials every morning. An appointment for that afternoon was scheduled. Brandon, the technician, called to give me his ETA, was very polite and helpful, and the job was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with my experience, will call them again if/when I need garage door assistance. I highly recommend Precision.

Excellent service! Within 4/12 hours from calling to check about getting service on a Saturday the service man arrived. We live about 40 out from the DM area and really appreciate being able to get the door repaired in this very cold weather. There was no extra charges for service call and Saturday repair. Also wanted to mention the repairman deserves a 5 star rating too!

I chose Precision based on the commercials I have been seeing on TV. I called to set up an appointment and I had a technician here within 30 minutes. I’ve never had that kind of a response before! I needed some repair on my door and opener!! Brandon explained everything and all my options very well. His work was above and beyond. I am very pleased with the results and couldn’t be happier!
