I feel I was sold a inefficient situation to a problem a year or two ago and now worse problems with an expensive solution with a bait and switch option as soon as I did not agree to an over-sell option to something that could have been addressed the last time you were here No offense to the employees personally just probably process I have run a over $400 million dollar business and you can’t try and just not solve a problem for a client without looking at the possibility of what could happen if you don’t look long term Probably not use you again but keep working on improving from comments Thanks

Work was great, speed was great, Technician was very good and friendly. Price was not great. Found out another company would have Done it For & $175 cheaper. Didn’t know this before hand but Won’t use again.

I called precision to simply replace a new gasket on the bottom of my garage door. Employee arrived and had never seen a door/gasket type like on my garage door. He stated I needed a new door. I proceeded to pull up the p-bulb gasket needed on my phone. He took a photo of it and called his manager. He stated he did not have that type of gasket and cannot help me today. As he was leaving I asked if he was coming back or what the next steps were. He said he would ask his manager. It’s been over four weeks and not a word. But of coarse I got charged for nothing done.

You suggested up to $2000 worth of repairs. Overhead Doors inspected and fixed for $600 Probably won't be calling you again!!!

First of all - everyone was very polite throughout the process of scheduling and when the job was being completed. Communication was great on when someone would be out and we appreciated the prompt service. We had a spring break on our garage door and needed that serviced. Our door was pretty old so there were some other maintenance issues that were suggested to be updated as well. If you have any sort of skills with fixing things on your own, you may want to double check what kind of price gouging is going on with these extras before you have them completed. I made the mistake of having them fixed and my husband realized that we paid $220 for 10 rollers to be replaced when we could purchase these on our own for $25.00. This is very disappointing. So- buyer beware. Learn from our mistake.

I was quoted a 2 hour repair window for my broken torsion spring. The technician left 5 hours later. I heard a lot of cursing and bad mouthing my setup and calling for other technicians’ advice. I would have liked to have been kept informed during the process. The technician left multiple sharp screws laying on the garage floor that would have been hazardous to my children’s feet and our car tires. In summary, would not recommend the company to my family and friends.

Kyle and Jason were unable to fix my problem with my Genie 900 opener. I admit my garage is a mess but they had ample room to get to opener and wall switch. I was asked "so exactly what is it you would like me to do?" To which I replied, "well, by that question, I can tell this isn't going to go well" (obviously I wanted them to fix it, it was an electrical problem.). I sensed from the get go they really weren't keen on trying to fix it nor putting in a new one. But then having to pay $53.44 and then sign multiple signatures didn't leave me with a good experience.
