Very pleased with the fast response and excellent repair to stabilize the door and replace hardware on my garage door. The ads for Precision Garage Door Service are accurate - they do have the necessary parts in the truck and scheduling is so easy! I was amazed at their fast response. The garage door is again able to be opened smoothly and stay on the track! The technician Kyle M. was courteous, answered my questions, and he did a great job.

Kyle, the service tech, was friendly, with great communication as to arrival time. Service request was promptly fulfilled by the company within an hour of calling for service. Kyle was efficient, knowledgeable and got the current problem resolved. Also, pointed out potential problems that should be addressed soon based on use. This is the second time I have used Precision and would definitely recommend.

We had an issue with a suspended shelf overhead in the garage, that had been installed incorrectly- and one corner failed . The previous installer had not done the work of putting screws into wood framing, but instead simply screwed into drywall. Your staff personal rebuilt the shelf , doing the work that should have been done correctly the first time. We not only are pleased with Precision Garage Door, but we are having them install a new garage door, opener, and better seals. We are VERY happy with working with Precision Garage Door!

Thankfully, your business was open to answer a call, and a technician was scheduled to arrive the following morning. Kyle was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly examined our equipment and thoughtfully provided options for repair/replacement. He then efficiently completed the tasks we authorized. Very knowledgeable repair guy Kyle and did a good job I believe. Took off a couple stars because I thought the cost was a bit high for 35 minutes of work and a minimal plastic internal part. Almost just paid the minimal trip charge and hand open when we use the door which is very minimal but went ahead and did it. Liked the quick service call arrival same day.

Once again, Precision Garage Door has provided top notch service. It was really great to see Kyle again. Easy to see why he is your lead technician! Kyle did a big job for me last time he was here and today he was kind enough to stop by and program the garage door remote in a new car I bought. He also did a quick check on everything and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Kyle is very good at his job and a friendly, helpful, and courteous young man. A friend recommended Precision Door Service. Grant (the technician) was very professional and easy to work with. He thoroughly assessed our garage door issue. He provided a range of options. We chose to have one part replaced today. After we review the emailed summary of service options for updating our garage door motor and electronic components, we will be scheduling an additional appt for that installation. We used Precision because of their Valpak coupon for $59.95 to lube and tune garage door. I was very pleased with Kirk, who is very knowledgeable and professional. His trainee, Grant, was also friendly. Kirk discussed the need for new springs and rollers, because the door, and springs, are 22 years old. I appreciated Kirk’s low key attitude with no pressure on us. We decided to hold off on replacements at this time. However, we will certainly consider Precision if the need arises. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you for your excellent service.

Horrible experience was told it would be a free diagnostic and he tried charging me 200 for a repair I didn't ask him to complete. Then he had the nerve to be rude and argue with me. Worst experience don't use this company they will scam you. His literal words were I have to make my money somehow.
