I needed a new seal on the bottom of the garage door so I contacted Precision Service and was provided fats service. Shawn, the technician, was prompt & very courteous . He noticed a few issues that weren’t a major factor but could possibly cause problems in the future. There was no pressure for me to do anything more than replacing the seal but looking ahead I chose to have a lot more done mainly to give me peace of mind.
