Blake has been a technician with Precision since 2007! He's originally from Michigan but now resides in Des Moines with his wife and two kids. Blake is a hockey fan and can be seen rooting on the Des Moines Buccaneers and he's also a great cook (seriously, ask him about his famous chicken marsala!) We're happy to have Blake on our team!

I called Prevision Door late yesterday afternoon as I could not get the garage door to fully close. They offered to send someone out yet that night if needed. Blake responded to my service inquiry and was very professional and personable. He explained everything in detail, explained possible solutions in the future and checked out both garage doors while he was here. I would highly recommend this company for any of your garage door needs—whether it’s repair, replacement or new!

I was pleased with the prompt service provided. Blake explained everything to me in a clear and professional manner and didn't push me into buying new products I really wasn't interested in. He worked quickly and professionally--he obviously knew his job and what needed to be done. He was congenial while he worked and was kind enough to answer questions I had while he worked. My only complaint was the bill. I thought it was a little pricey ($289) for an hour of labor with no new parts purchased.

My garage door would not open when I went to leave for work at 5:45 am. I called Precision Garage Door at 5:50 am. A person answered the phone (I was impressed). I told the person what was going on and he scheduled my appointment. I only had to wait 2 hours for my appointment. When Blake got here, he was extremely pleasant and very knowledgable!!! Blake did an estimate and when I approved the estimate, he got to work fixing my door. Blake said it would only take about an hour, and it did. I am extremely happy with the repair, the price, and the whole experience. I will definately use and refer all my friends to Precision Garage Doors.

I checked reviews and saw the BBB rating before calling to schedule repair on my garage door. Blake arrived on time during the time frame given and did a great job. He made sure I was able to get to my son's soccer practice on time.

5* Rating! Tech Blake was very profession, friendly, and thorough in explaining what was broken and what needed repair. I also appreciated his call that he would be arriving in 15 minutes. He gave me all 3 written options, and once I selected the option he was done within ONE HOUR! Excellent service and work!

Called for a appointment this morning and was told a service tech would arrive between 10 am and noon. 9:55 am Blake arrived. Very very professional. I thought only springs needed replaced but he showed me other problems so we did all that was needed. Will never use anyone else. Blake was outstanding. Thank you

This Company is fantastic!! Our garage door broke on Sunday, I called another company first that said 24 hour emergency service and they wouldn't come out till Tuesday, because of the holiday. So I called Precision and wow what wonderful customer service. They were here at 11am ON the holiday. So professional and polite. Blake had it all fixed within an hour. He was great. I recommend Precision to everyone, they are awesome!!!!

I called Precision Door on Saturday evening with issues with our garage door not closing and making strange sounds when it did work. The technician. Blake, arrived at the designated time to fix the issue the next day.. Blake was very courteous and provided us with an upfront estimate for the work. Upon completion, he explained everything he did and we were very satisfied with his job performance. I would highly recommend using Precision Door for any future issues that might arise.

they came out to my place and assessed the situation and saw what was going on, they were professional about everything even when they couldn’t fix the problem. They gave me two options and told me what has to be done because my garage door was from different company that they were the only ones to come and fix, or to convert to other system. Precision doors could of easily convert but I wanted to just keep the original system and that’s why they couldn’t fix my issue. But do to their professional employees and curiosity I would recommend them envy time
