I received some damage to my garage door during one of our recent summer storms. I called Precision for an estimate to replace the door. From the initial phone call through the completion of the installation process, I was met with professionalism and excellent customer service. They were prompt with scheduling. The installer (Brody) was extremely personable and was very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. They were right on time as scheduled and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Precision came out on Labor Day to access my needs. They had the parts we needed and came out two days later to do the work. The guys were efficient, worked quickly and paid attention to details. Best part- singing of “Delta Dawn” while working!

We are completely happy with the installation of our overhead door. It looks great! During the shipping process one of the panels received a 3 inch scratch / gouge. The panel was replaced without incident and in a timely manner. The gentlemen that did the install were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone for repairs or installation.

Precision was fantastic. My wife and I first worked with Bill to select our new garage doors, openers, and to receive a quote. Bill was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Because of Bill we decided to go with Precision, and not seek out a second quote from another company. On the day of install, Brody and Sutton showed up to put the doors in. These two were great. Both were personable and professional. They cranked up the tunes and went to work. Brody said it would take about 4 hours to install, it took 3 hours and 58 minutes. Give or take a few minutes. They did a great job and the doors look fantastic. Precision is lucky to have Bill, Brody, and Sutton working there. Great people. We are very happy we went with Precision. Bottom-line, if you're looking for a new garage door and don't care how it looks on your house or whether you get quality service, then go with some other company. If not, choose Precision. That way you will get a quality door and fantastic service. And maybe you'll get to meet Bill, Brody, and Sutton. Thanks Bill, Brody, and Sutton. Keep up the great work!

Great staff , Great doors and a great professional install of the new doors and new belt drive operators. Doors and operators very smooth and quiet. We went from blasé cookie cutter doors to wood look insulated, with windows. Huge difference in how the house looks, and no longer are stepping out from the house into a black cave with the new door windows that we did not have before. Competitive price point as well.
