The tech was very friendly and helpful. The car in the garage wouldn't start, so the tech will have to come back another time and install the garage door opener. I felt absolutely terrible that he drove here for nothing!! He said he would come back when the car would start.

Had a great experience with Precision and the individual technician, Ryan. Contacted them before 8am via chat to make an appointment and Ryan was out by 11:30 to do the repairs. He talked me through what the issues were, their possible solutions and gave me a quote before any work was done. Within an hour, all repairs had been made and the garage door operates better than it ever had!

This morning our garage door spring broke, called Precision and to our surprise they were able to come out before noon. Ryan was nice however I am very unsatisfied with the product. Ryans assessment after a few button presses was the garage door keypad was no more than 5 years old and already inoperable to the point of needing a replacement. I feel this is unacceptable for such an expensive keypad and garage door system. Cory

I called at 2pm for a door spring that broke. Set an appointment for the next morning and lo and behold they called and came up by 3:30pm the same day. Spring fixed and rollers replaced as they were old and a couple torsion bolts. All done by 4:20 the same day! Definitely using g Precision Door for all my door needs!
