Precision arrived early and immediately went to work. Cory present us with 3 options to fix our garage door issue and was clear on all 3 costs. He was polite and friendly. I definitely recommend giving Precision a call. It was especially handy that they're available weekends with NO overtime/after hours cost.

We just sold our home and as luck would have it, one of the rollers fell off the top section of our garage door a few days ago I called this morning to see when someone could work on it and Precision responded immediately with a commitment to get to it this afternoon, but Ryan came out early, before noon and checked everything out, replaced all the rollers, tightened the chain on the opener, lubricated everything and was done before our appointment to have the appraiser out at noon!!!
