Our garage door spring broke on Tuesday evening. In the morning my wife and I had to manually raise the door to get the car out and get the kids to school. Around 8AM I called and was told to expect a technician between 10am and noon. By noon Kyle Muyskens had arrived! He quickly determined the appropriate fix and we discussed the options. I asked him several times if he would need to go get parts (we live far out in the country), since this would have added significant time to the repair. I was glad to hear that he had all of the materials with him to fix the spring, shaft, cables, and rollers! Within and hour or two the door was up and running like new! Kyle was very professional, friendly, and an expert technician. Thank you so much! Highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Kyle Muyskens!

I called at 8:00 am and by 10:15 Ryan had arrived, within 15 minutes he had diagnosed the problem with my garage door and provided different solutions (with price quotes). I was very pleased that when I called about my garage door not going down, it would stop half way down and go back up, that Kyle was able to come out within two hours to look at it. He assessed the situation and started with new springs and roller bearings. That didn't help, so he checked out the opener. The lubrication I was using was all over the electronic components. He tried wiping them down and it helped, but still stopped once going down. He suggested a new opener. I said go ahead, and with the new opener, the door opened smoother and quieter than before. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for their fast and excellent service!

Horrible experience was told it would be a free diagnostic and he tried charging me 200 for a repair I didn't ask him to complete. Then he had the nerve to be rude and argue with me. Worst experience don't use this company they will scam you. His literal words were I have to make my money somehow.

I was very pleased with the prompt courteous service I received from the Precision Door technician, Kyle Muyskens. He explained what needed to be done to the current door system to insure safe operation after the new garage door opener was installed. He explained the new system and cleaned the area when he finished. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a new garage door opener or a "tune-up" on their old door.
