This was not a major repair as all that was needed was the bottom weather strip replaced, he walked us through the entire process and performed an overall inspection. I was quoted a 2 hour repair window for my broken torsion spring. The technician left 5 hours later. I heard a lot of cursing and bad mouthing my setup and calling for other technicians’ advice. I would have liked to have been kept informed during the process. The technician left multiple sharp screws laying on the garage floor that would have been hazardous to my children’s feet and our car tires. In summary, would not recommend the company to my family and friends.
