Today was rather cold and our garage door kept stopping halfway and raising after each time I lowered it. I called and Sam showed up on time and carefully listened to me and what I had tried to do to figure out what may be going on. Then, he proceeded to check the door and the opener and fixed the issue which seemed to be due to increased friction between the door bottom rubber and the side plastic cover on the wall. He meticulously explained what he did. He also went over some other details about the state of the door (i.e., rollers) which is several years old. I am grateful for his timeliness and the great/professional service he provided. Thank you Sam.

Three years ago when the spring on my garage door broke, my son-in-law recommended Precision Garage Door. So I called them and they were at my house in a very short time and fixed my door. So this morning when my garage door wouldn't stay down I called them and someone was here within an hour. I was very impressed. The young man who came looked over the problem and made some adjustments to the door and it was fixed. When I asked how much the charge was, he replied that there was none. That the springs were causing the problem and since I had them replaced three years ago it was included in cost of the springs!!! I would recommend this company to anyone!!! They are fast, courteous, professional and they stand behind their work!!!!!

I chose Precision because they came out last year when our spring broke. We called on a Sunday night I believe and they came out the next morning and repaired and installed a new opener. Reasonable price and excellent service! I called them out yesterday and they were here this morning. Nothing really wrong , but technician checked it out and told me everything was fine. His name was Sam and he was friendly, professional, and courteous. They didn’t charge me anything. Sam said he was in the area and it was under warranty. I highly recommend Precision!! David james

The spring busted on our 2-bay door with one of our cars stuck inside. I reached out to Precision about 9am, had a tech to the house within a couple hours and the repairs were completed in less than an hour after his arrival. The office kept us up to speed on scheduling changes due to weather that day. Sam was our tech. He was very professional and did an outstanding job.

There's nothing worse than waking up and your garage door won't open. There's nothing better than having someone there to fix it in an hour or so. Sam did a great job! He assessed my situation, fixed it and told me of any possible future issues without trying to sell me. Representative from Precision came out, he was very nice. He took several pictures & quoted me $1300.00 to fix my garage door. Told him I couldn't afford that... And he left. Before he left, I asked if Precision was associated with AHS (American Home Shield) He said no. I called AHS, and they sent me a representative from a competitor. After his assessment, he told me my Garage door wasn't broke at all, and that "something" just came loose. The gentleman did the quick fix with the materials that were still attached to the door, greased & lubricated everything and left. (no charge)

The broken torsion spring was replaced in good time. The 5-year warranty on parts is a plus. We received a coupon in the mail for $20 off labor. Quick response played into our selection of Precision.
