Shawn came within 30 minutes after calling. Very courteous and fixed the problem with the door and noticed all my rollers were wearing out, he replaced them. Also one roller was missing all together. All fixes helped the door run smooth and saved more wear and tear on the motor of the opener.

Late last night, we discovered that our garage door would not close using the garage door opener. I was very pleased to discover that there were early morning appointments available when I went on to the website to schedule my appointment. Shawn Assman did a nice job explaining to me what troubleshooting he had done prior to determining. I would need a new motor and garage door opener.
