Eric Taylor's Bio:
Eric has been with Precision Garage Door since 2002. Originally from Detroit Michigan, Eric moved to Clearwater Florida in late 2001. In 2002 he was hired as an installer/technician and began his career with Precision Garage Door. In 2006 he was promoted to Technician Supervisor and in 2007 he was promoted to Operations Manager. After earning his Florida State Certified Builder Contractor license he was promoted to General Manger, overseeing the entire operations of the largest Precision Garage Door location in the United States. Eric recently came to Des Moines to provide the same excellent customer service and garage door repair and replacement that he offered in Clearwater Florida and the Greater Tampa Bay area. In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending quality time with his wife of 11 years, and stays busy raising his two daughters 7 and 5 years old. If time permits, you may see him fishing a local area, or sitting in a tree stand waiting on a buck of a lifetime here in Iowa. He also is an active member of his church, helping out with repairs around the grounds and community outreach programs.

I purchased new garage door opener and was planning on purchasing new door, but boys told me I didn't need one. So they just repaired my door with new rollers and hinges. Very appreciative that they were honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They were polite and friendly and helpful. I would definitely hire them again.

No one wants to have to get a garage door repaired especially this time of year (December) but Eric came Monday when he said he would be there and repaired our door in 2 hours. The customer service was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about what was wrong and what it would take to fix it in the most cost effective yet highest quality manner.
