We are very happy with the outcome of replacing our garage door. Color matched perfectly. It sets the house off and makes it look "crisper". The young man that did the install got there, started right off, and worked constantly. No messing around of any kind. He picked up after himself and wished us a good day after reminding us that if anything isn't right to call them. I would recommend Precision to anyone .

I had 2 new doors put in a year ago. The keypad wasn’t working right and one of the doors was making a clunking sound. They came out and fixed it all right away. No charge. They did great.

Service person saw the problem and knew what caused it and fixed it quickly and effectively and then heard that the door was a little noisy so used the spray lube I already had and took care of that also. It took only about 15 minutes or so . Awesome!! Thanks . Your people show great confidence and pride in doing a super job! Ron

I contacted several garage door companies and had them send representatives over. I chose Precision because of the professionalism and courtesy of their representative and their competitive price. The installer came on the date agreed to and on time. He explained what he was going to do and how. He asked if I had any questions and I say no. He went to work immediately and did not loiter around or waste any time. He even courteously declined the cup of coffee I offered him. He finished the job within the 4-hour time frame he had projected. The doors look great. I am glad I chose Precision.

We had an excellent experience. The estimate was done in a timely manner and we knew what would be needed of us before the new garage door was put in. When the installer got to the house, he asked if we had questions and explained the process. He made sure everything worked correctly and the door was installed correctly.

Had to have new garage doors installed due to the double door one bowing when I'd open and close it. Bill Cagno did an excellent job in his suggestions from grade, style, added options and color. Took 3 weeks to come in. Hunter Schueler and his crew mate (sorry didn't catch his name) did a fabulous job of installation, how to maintain them and even cut out a small section from our old doors so I could color match to our house paint, which I don't think we will do now since the doors match so well with our house trim and look good as is! Would highly recommend.

I was familiar with Precision Garage Door as I had seen their commercials numerous times. I can recite their jingle and remember they advertise no additional charge for nights or weekend service/repair needs. We wanted to replace our current garage door, so I gave them a call. I spoke to Brinley who was very helpful and had an appointment within a couple of days. They brought catalogs and samples of door colors/patterns. We purchased a black door, an opener and all new tracks. Hunter was our installer. During the install, I happened to come around the corner and overheard Hunter on the phone with someone from Precision. He was advising them that a couple of our black panels had been scuffed in shipment and was asking what they wanted him to do. He had no idea that I heard him on that call. When the install was finished, Hunter walked us through each component, to ensure we were satisfied. He then advised us that Precision had ordered new panels to replace the scuffed ones. This speaks volumes about the integrity of Hunter and whomever he was speaking to back at the office. They could have easily not said anything and took their chances on us noticing them. My replacement panels were ordered, Brinley kept me updated throughout the process. Hunter came back to swap out the panels just like he said he would. Hunter is very professional, detail oriented and thorough in his work. My experience with Precision was great and I would ten out of ten recommend them! Shout out & thank you, Hunter and Brinley!
