Kyle was prompt, communicated well, and got the job done at the time of the service call. My old opener wasnt working well, and a new opener was suggested. Its working fabulously. My only ask would be to have the available coupon applied automatically. I didnt look at the website before the service to know a coupon was available. Thank you!

Thursday the 21st around 2 PM when I was closing the right-side garage door the cable came off of the left-side drum. The door hung up about half way down. I forced it closed as I thought I would not get anyone to repair it that day. I called Precision Door and the lady said that one of the repair men was finishing a job and would be out between 4 and 4:30 PM. Kyle arrived early, around 2:30 PM, and rehung the door. He was very courteous and professional. He lubricated the rollers on both doors and even increased the spring tension on the left-side door so that it was easier for me to open. Now, that’s service – he makes your company look good.

Responded to my call the same day. Service tech Kyle explained everything to me about repairs needed and new opener options. He was very patient and careful to explain all the pros and cons to help me make my decisions. He did excellent work and made sure I understood what he had done and how to operate my new opener. I called Precision because they’ve installed and repaired for us before. Technicians were helpful and courtesy, listened to the issues. It was an easy solve, one I should have thought about, and they figured it out easily. We talked about purchasing another backup battery but decided to see if the current one would hold a charge now that the issue had been resolved. In and out quickly. I will call again.

Our garage door would not open. I called and was able to get an appointment same day and the technicians were there within 2 hours and the door was repaired in less than 2 hours with the garage cleaner than before they arrived. Very happy with the service.

Our garage door decided not to go up today. It made a loud noise & from there just growled. I called a couple garage door companies & the earliest they could come was next Tuesday afternoon. I realized this was Friday morning & Mon a holiday, further complicating the time frame. So I went on line & liked what I read about your customer satisfaction & timeliness. Your tech, Kyle Muyskens, came to our house within a couple hours & was able to determine the problem. I couldn’t believe he had all the replacement parts on his truck & was able to fix it. Same day service & in a few hours had our garage door working again. Kyle was very nice, respectful & knowledgeable of his craft. I felt he was honest & I appreciated his demeanor. He thoroughly explained all that he had done & what he replaced. It’s refreshing to encounter good customer service like this today.

Same day service as advertised! I was ready for an appointment several days out, but they were out the same day, just like they advertise. I also got updates when the technicians were heading my way.
