Bryce is an Iowa native and loves Des Moines and the surrounding areas. Bryce is a Cyclones fan and goes to home games whenever possible. He has also been a volunteer firefighter for the last 3 years. Bryce has been in the Garage Door industry for 3 years doing service, repair and installation. In October of 2020, Bryce will be getting married to his high school sweet heart Emily. They enjoy cruises, Smokey D’s BBQ, and watching “The Office” on Netflix.

Walked out the door Saturday morning and realized the opener control was not working. Called Precision to see if they could help remedy the problem. Stated they would come out that afternoon and a tech would call us when he was on his way. Fortunately enough he was in the area and was able to come that morning. Fixed the problem and went above and beyond by providing maintenance to our garage door. This wasn't our first time calling Precision for service. We had called around the holidays several years ago for a broken spring on our garage door and again it was resolved in a timely manner without breaking the bank! Thank you Bryce for your excellent service and repair!

My garage door rubber seal was mis-aligned and the track it uses to keep it attached to the garage was coming off my garage door. This track wasn't allowing my garage door opener to shut the door. I called the office and I had a technician at my door within three hours! He was professional and fixed everything within minutes. I will use this company for my future garage door issues.

Bryce, was qucik and diagnosed my issue very fast. He took my word that I had a coupon for a maintenance service discount. He said, "we have these all over! I'm sure you had one when you called in." He lubed and adjusted my door, which is almost silent when opening and closing now. Nice job and very professional!

I love these guys/gals. Came out on appt time and did thorough check on all components and found a simple solution. Very professional and will use again if needed. These service techs have had a very exhausting two weeks due to the extreme cold causing many issues. A very professional service technician (called prior to arriving) arrived within the specified time. After watching and listening to our garage door noise, he quickly diagnosed to problem area by pointing out where on the door the problem occurred. He also offered a very viable solution. The technician also indicated there wouldn’t be a charge for his assessment.
