Responded to my call the same day. Service tech Kyle explained everything to me about repairs needed and new opener options. He was very patient and careful to explain all the pros and cons to help me make my decisions. He did excellent work and made sure I understood what he had done and how to operate my new opener. More than satisfied and would certainly recommend him and the company for your garage door needs.

Sam was the technician that came to fix the problem with my garage door opener not connecting with the sensor, and door not opening or closing. After inspecting the issue, which the opener was installed at the time we built the garage in 2002, he gave me 4 different options to choose from. Professional and quick response time. Kept us updated on appointment time and actually moved us up several hours. Technician was knowledgable, pleasant and curtious. This was not a major repair as all that was needed was the bottom weather strip replaced, he walked us through the entire process and performed an overall inspection. I would highly recommend Precision anytime.

Called to make an appointment to get my garage door serviced. They sent someone out within 2 hours. They also have 20 minutes notice within arrival. Door is working great! Would definately recommend Precision to friends and family.

I called Precision because they’ve installed and repaired for us before. Technicians were helpful and courtesy, listened to the issues. It was an easy solve, one I should have thought about, and they figured it out easily. We talked about purchasing another backup battery but decided to see if the current one would hold a charge now that the issue had been resolved. In and out quickly. I will call again.
