On what was the coldest day of 2022 thus far our garage door opener decided to finally quit on us. I searched for a company through Nextdoor and Facebook groups with high recommendations and Precision Door was the most recommended with the best ratings. I called on a Sunday and was surprised that someone answered. I was given an appointment time for the next day but the rep said they would talk with managers to see about getting someone to come same day. Kyle was dispatched to our house same day and called an hour before the expected time he was going to be there and showed up 30 minutes early. Kyle was so polite and very honest when it came to bringing us news that the garage door opener was indeed done for. He had all parts and everything needed to do a full replacement. Kyle was attentive, polite, and very thorough. He took time to explain our new garage door opener, did not try to upsell us, and worked in our cold garage (we did put a space heater in there) for several hours. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing garage door services and very impressed with the work done.

I was very pleased when I called and was able to have a new garage door opener installed today. The person who came was very professional and was able to remove the old opener in a timely manner and install the new one. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I had called a competitor on Wednesday and never did hear back from them. Glad that Precision could replace the garage door opener the same day I called.

On a Saturday afternoon I was planning to go shopping. Got in my car and pushed the button to open the door only to discover the spring on the door had broken. Having seen your ads on TV I decided to give you a try. I was pleasantly surprised when you were able to come to my house and complete the work in just over 2 hours! Very customer friendly. Explained the repair needed and costs. Really a customer friendly company!

Bryce came after 6:00pm and fixed everything. He stayed until I was satisfied. He was very friendly and was one of the nicest repairman we have ever had in our home. Wow! We called the office at 2:20pm. We were told we we receive a call between 4pm and 6pm. Bryce called at 4:30 and arrive 5 minutes later. We were expecting a review of scope of work followed by a price quote. We were not expecting all parts to be on the service van. We were not expecting to hear” I can start now and can be done between 1 and 2 hours. Door spring replaced. New rollers, door opener and door seal. Top door panel reinforced. And was completed by 5:40. The door works amazingly well. This is what service looks like. Great job! Bryce was very clear on the warranty of all the different parts.
