Just had Precision Garage Door install two new doors and they were great to work with. When I requested a quote, Zach came the next day to look everything over and gave me a quote. Brody and Hunter then came to install the new doors, and they were excellent. The explained everything they needed to do, and went straight to work. When they had issues reconnecting my existing openers, they went above and beyond to remedy the problem. I could not have been happier with their work. Will definitely recommend them to everyone and Precision will be the only ones working on my garage doors in the future.

Garage Door Precision Service was absolutely amazing to work with. Fantastic communication! I knew who was coming, they sent a picture of the person in a text with contact information. I ask a lot of questions and the person they sent was so patient, answered everything, and also gave additional information that was helpful for us when we were making decisions. Work with them, you won't regret it! A panel on our garage door broke. After talking about our options we ordered a new one and also had a keypad installed. We were able to get a consultant, quote, and get it fixed in less than 48 hours.

Precision came out on Labor Day to access my needs. They had the parts we needed and came out two days later to do the work. The guys were efficient, worked quickly and paid attention to details. Best part- singing of “Delta Dawn” while working!

We are completely happy with the installation of our overhead door. It looks great! During the shipping process one of the panels received a 3 inch scratch / gouge. The panel was replaced without incident and in a timely manner. The gentlemen that did the install were very nice and professional. Precision was fantastic. My wife and I first worked with Bill to select our new garage doors, openers, and to receive a quote. Bill was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Because of Bill we decided to go with Precision, and not seek out a second quote from another company. On the day of install, Brody and Sutton showed up to put the doors in. These two were great. Both were personable and professional. They cranked up the tunes and went to work. Brody said it would take about 4 hours to install, it took 3 hours and 58 minutes. Give or take a few minutes. They did a great job and the doors look fantastic. Precision is lucky to have Bill, Brody, and Sutton working there. Great people. We are very happy we went with Precision. Bottom-line, if you're looking for a new garage door and don't care how it looks on your house or whether you get quality service, then go with some other company. If not, choose Precision. That way you will get a quality door and fantastic service. And maybe you'll get to meet Bill, Brody, and Sutton. Thanks Bill, Brody, and Sutton. Keep up the great work!
