Blake has been a technician with Precision since 2007! He's originally from Michigan but now resides in Des Moines with his wife and two kids. Blake is a hockey fan and can be seen rooting on the Des Moines Buccaneers and he's also a great cook (seriously, ask him about his famous chicken marsala!) We're happy to have Blake on our team!

On 4-15-23 I had Precision Door come and work on my garage door. I knew it was in bad shape. The nice gentleman came and wound up (almost) giving me a new door. All new hardware plus a new opener. Yesterday, (5-21-23) the door refused to open all the way. Finally got it open and had the same problem when I got back home. Today I called Precision and about 2 hours later, I had another very nice gentleman come to work on the door. After pushing all the buttons I didn't know were there and tightening something, it still did not work correctly. So, Thanks to Precision and Genie, I now have another new opener and it works beautifully. Still under warranty and they were quick to fix the problem. Thank you

My remotes were not working so I called them to come out. Blake came out and showed me my simple error. The Lock button and what it does. Since that was a simple fix and a lesson learned, I had him look at everything else so his trip and time wasn’t wasted. He showed me a roller bracket was torn and the hing arm was starting to tear the panel. I had him fix both of those and also an exposed wire to the eye sensors. It’s all fixed and good as new. He was kind, courteously and helpful. This was the 2nd time I had garage door issues and this company is my go to. They are quick in their response time and very knowledgeable. Thanks for hiring great people to work for your company.

What a spectacular experience. They were at my house within 4 hours of placing my service call. They clearly explained why the door broke and gave me options for a fix. The technician was phenomenal (give this guy a raise!) and had it fixed in 45 mins. A quick checkout process where an instant email was sent with my invoice, my warranty paperwork and they even included a safety checklist.
