My garage door spring broke late Friday morning. My usual service company wasn't able to fix it until the following Monday. I decided to call Precision Garage Door after having seen their ads on TV. They were able work me in that afternoon which was great because the door was down and not going anywhere with a broken spring. Their technician Jordan A. did a great job! He started off with a full evaluation of the door, gave me a list of additional options to consider beyond just fixing the springs. I decided what I wanted done and he did it with no pressure whatsoever. I felt like I came away with a new door, it was great!

My garage door wouldn’t open with the remote. Opened the side door, and the opener was tapping morse code, “I’m old and broke.” To my surprise Jordan came that afternoon. He gave me a couple choices to look at. He changed not only my opener but my old rollers. Thanks for the quick response. Sorry for the hot garage.

Jordan Andrus was the Technician that came to my rescue 2 years ago when my overhead garage door railing pulled loose from the door frame. Today one of my springs broke and I immediately called Precision Door Service based the excellent job Jordan did last time. I could not believe my luck when Jordan showed up again this time. We both recognized each other and he again made quick work of installing two new springs and three new bearings all in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Customer for life!!!

Google search for our area. First one I called and could get out same day. Your google ad said same day service and my car was stuck in the garage. Could have got out but needed a 2nd person. My initial contact and service call with Bryce was very positive and when the issue of installing a new keypad was diagnosed as a problem with the circuit board, the charge for the service call was waived and quotes for a new opener or new circuit board were promptly sent. We decided on a new unit, and Jordan’s installation service on June 6 was quick and efficient. The availability and use of a $50 coupon toward the total cost helped to “soften” the blow of a bigger than expected expenditure from our earlier plan of just replacing the keypad. Thank you for your good service and professionalism.
