First of all, Kyle is just a fine young gentleman. He called before arriving and was there at the agreed time. We had just called for service the day before, and my husband unexpectedly had to be gone at the time of the appointment. Kyle explained the problem, detailed the solutions, and promptly made the needed repairs. The repair cost was as expected, and the job was completed in about an hour!! We received a call back from Kyle within 15 minutes and arrived 1/2 hour from placing our order, on a Sunday! Kyle was polite and clearly explained the causes for our malfunctioning garage door opener. Kyle provided several options for repair and/or replacement of worn items. We decided to repair the garage door hardware and replace the opener. Kyle had everything fixed and cleaned up in about 2 hours! We're very happy with Precision and Kyle. We highly recommend Precision for garage door repair.

Being new to the DSM area we remembered seeing a commercial for the Precision Door Service. We just bought our new home when we discovered the garage doors were in need of repair after 20 years of abuse. Kyle came ready to work on the problems we explained to him. He assessed the situation with the doors, then explained what need to be done and gave us repair options. Kyle was so personable and is a hard worker. Why?
