Precision was great. They were very flexible with my working hours and available after 4pm. Caiden came to my home on time and inspected the garage. He was very friendly. He was able to fix my broken Spring in about half an hour. I was extremely happy with his work. I like that Precision sent a text with a picture and short bio of the technician so you know who coming.

Once again, Precision Garage Door has provided top notch service. It was really great to see Kyle again. Easy to see why he is your lead technician! Kyle did a big job for me last time he was here and today he was kind enough to stop by and program the garage door remote in a new car I bought. He also did a quick check on everything and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Kyle is very good at his job and a friendly, helpful, and courteous young man. My garage door just collapsed after getting a brand new one installed not even a year ago so I called Precision and they had Jordan to my house before I even made it home (approx 15 minutes). Jordan knew what the issue was immediately and had it fixed within 30 minutes all for under $100. Great price. Jordan was awesome. Great guy and knowledgeable. Very satisfied. I'd give 6 stars if I could to Jordan! Thanks Precision!
