Who do you call on a weekend when the springs break on your garage door & you HAVE to have your vehicle out on Monday morning to go out of state??? Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, of course!!! You guys were fantastic. No extra charge for weekend service, you found a couple other issues that could have failed soon & fixed them too! Very knowledgeable tech, got right to work fixing the problems & the door was functioning within no time at all. I can't thank you enough for your quick response time... did I mention it was Memorial weekend to boot? Thank you for your awesome service!!!

Being new to the DSM area we remembered seeing a commercial for the Precision Door Service. We just bought our new home when we discovered the garage doors were in need of repair after 20 years of abuse. Kyle came ready to work on the problems we explained to him. He assessed the situation with the doors, then explained what need to be done and gave us repair options. Kyle was so personable and is a hard worker. Why? Because he stayed until the job was completed and he made sure we were happy with the work. Our hats are off to him! Thanks Kyle, for a fine job! We will recommend you to our friends & family.

I contacted Precision because they had 24/7 operators, had 5am-11pm appts. and their ad claimed best price in town. ALL WAS TRUE! I am so highly impressed with this company. They even called me back when they had a cancellation to see if I wanted to move up my appointment because they knew I had a rush job. There phone staff is very patient and friendly. The person who came out, Jordan, had a positive, get-it-done attitude and the repair was 10 minutes, literally. It was very inexpensive, too! Highly recommend!
