We just sold our home and as luck would have it, one of the rollers fell off the top section of our garage door a few days ago I called this morning to see when someone could work on it and Precision responded immediately with a commitment to get to it this afternoon, but Ryan came out early, before noon and checked everything out, replaced all the rollers, tightened the chain on the opener, lubricated everything and was done before our appointment to have the appraiser out at noon!!! That's exceptional service along with Ryan's pleasant personality!! He should be commended for a superb job!!
