I got someone out to the house within two hours and they even came early! It took no more than ten minutes for a full inspection and a very detailed overview of what was wrong, what wasn’t, what would need fixed later and then we got a few quotes and then the garage fixed all within an hour. This is by far the best service I have gotten and would recommend to anyone. Worth Henry is very knowledgeable and kind. He was straight forward with the prices and had answers for all our questions.

I'd heard Precision's commercials many times but had not had the opportunity to use their services until today when I went to walk the dog early this morning and found my "past its prime" garage door opener had decided it was done. I called Precision soon after and they sent out a representative later that same day and had a new opener installed before I was done with lunch. Mr. Henry (the installer) did a great job - asked good questions and tested the old opener and door to get a good feel for the problem. He provided me with several options at various prices to choose from which was appreciated. The new opener works great and is much quieter than the old one. Thanks, Precision!

Worth did a proper job on my garage door. He inspected all of the moving parts and informed me of his findings. He allowed me to pick the parts I wanted replaced. I knew already a spring was broken. He replaced both springs, two lift cables and bearings. He did quality work and did it without wasting time. Grest service!

This company has very good customer service and their technicians are very competent. I had a new garage door opener installed three years ago. You more than met my expectations, solved the problem in a very courteous and professional manner. Your technician was very helpful, pleasant and easy to talk to. A couple of friends found your ad and helped me place the call and I was especially impress with the quick response as I had to Uber to Church and wasn't looking forward to figuring it out on my own again as my daughter in Delaware had ordered it for me this time. The service performed is not listed as you probably don't encounter 83 year old women recently widowed who panic when the door wont open without more knowledge of what could be wrong. Ice had formed and stuck the door to the ground or whatever is under it.
