Eric Taylor's Bio:
Eric has been with Precision Garage Door since 2002. Originally from Detroit Michigan, Eric moved to Clearwater Florida in late 2001. In 2002 he was hired as an installer/technician and began his career with Precision Garage Door. In 2006 he was promoted to Technician Supervisor and in 2007 he was promoted to Operations Manager. After earning his Florida State Certified Builder Contractor license he was promoted to General Manger, overseeing the entire operations of the largest Precision Garage Door location in the United States. Eric recently came to Des Moines to provide the same excellent customer service and garage door repair and replacement that he offered in Clearwater Florida and the Greater Tampa Bay area. In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending quality time with his wife of 11 years, and stays busy raising his two daughters 7 and 5 years old. If time permits, you may see him fishing a local area, or sitting in a tree stand waiting on a buck of a lifetime here in Iowa. He also is an active member of his church, helping out with repairs around the grounds and community outreach programs.

Fast, convenient service. Called ahead and came 2 hours early on a Sunday. Explained needed repairs, provided quote, replaced broken door spring, adjusted door so it closes tightly and reset door remotes that haven't worked for years. Very pleased.

We first used Precision Door Service after seeing the TV advertisement commercials. Our first experience was exceptional. Our second experience was the same. Every aspect of what is advertised has consistently come through in performance. Simply put, this is one of the most customer service focused companies my wife and I have experienced. We will only use Precision in the future and if the star rating had 6 stars, I would have rated the company at 6 instead of 5. Garage door broke a few weeks ago. I'm an existing customer. I Called someone last night and they had someone out here tonight. I called to have an estimate done when the two service techs arrived they said they can fix the repair tonight. I was very happy. The job took less then an hour and was fixed. Couldn't be happier. Totally recommend Precision.

I Called this afternoon for a technition to look at my garage door. It won’t go up or down. It’s been like this off and on for about 5 years. The receptionist asked when I would like it done. Would today between 4 and 6 be ok? I sure didn’t expect so soon. Eric was here, replaced my garage door opener, chain, bar with chain and the electronic eye all in about 45 minutes.
