We chose Precision because of the great experience we have had with technician Kyle Muyskens. He is always professional with great customer service skills. Over the years, when we have needed garage door service for our older home, Precision has been available in many cases the same day. Kyle is a great problem solver, diagnoses the issue, gives honest recommendations and completes the work to our satisfaction every time. The best thing I can say is we trust him. Kyle came out shortly after I called about the broken spring on the garage door. He was extremely professional and very courteous. He did an inspection on the door and parts and was very knowledgeable. Answered my questions and explained what the repairs would entail and cost prior to proceeding. I highly recommend him/Precision Garage Door of Des Moines for anything related to overhead doors. 5 plus stars.

Amazing customer service! Kyle our service technician was amazing to work with. I called Precision and same day they looked at our garage and provided us an estimate. Kyle M. was great! He looked over my door for any issues and wear. He recommended roller replacements along with the spring (the obvious issue). Works smooth now! Can't believe how quiet the door is. Same day service on a Friday. Even though he arrived just after 5:30, he took the time to walk me through what was needed. Quality job! Highly recommend.

A new garage door was on the list for this year, it just happened much sooner than anticipated. I made an appointment online, and Kyle was out the same day. I had already looked at options online, so after he looked at the door and the opener, he was honest and said it's going to cost as much to repair the opener as the cheapest option to replace . So I ordered the new door, Hunter was out the next day and got it installed. Now a few weeks later, I booked an appointment online again, Kyle came out again, and installed the new opener. Both of these guys are top notch. The door is incredibly solid, both it and the opener are practically silent. The new opener has some really nice options, you can actually lock the system so it doesn't open with the keypad or the remote, it can also be operated by wi-fi. Both were intalled, cleaned up/hauled away and you couldn't even tell they had been here. I shold be good for a few decades, but I would absolutely recommend them, and ask for Hunter or Kyle.

Sam C really saved us! Our garage door broke right before 5 pm but of course he took care of the problem…. Staying about 2 hours to get us up and running. So polite and friendly and knowledgeable! But the part of the story that impressed me was when I said” Wow, what if this had happened a week ago when I was going out the door to surgery?” He said,” We would have gotten a couple of guys here and gotten that door out for you!” Reliable! I called Precision in the morning and they had someone out to fix the garage door the same afternoon. Kyle provided great service in addition to being friendly and professional.
