Thank you for being there when I had an emergency. I got a prompt answer to my call and a technician arriving within the hour on a Sunday afternoon during the middle of Iowa women’s basketball game. Can’t say much more in appreciation than that. The tech was friendly, competent and informative. Sorry I don’t recall his name but he is definitely an asset to your company. The response for an appointment was immediate. The installer came out on Saturday on time, had everything he needed on his truck to fix not only my broken spring but also the worn out weatherstripping and cables. The installer was extremely friendly and easy to work with and very motivated, examining the doors to be sure everything was lubricated and tightened. Could not be happier with the work the worker and company. Highly recommend for any garage door repair

I called at 2pm for a door spring that broke. Set an appointment for the next morning and lo and behold they called and came up by 3:30pm the same day. Spring fixed and rollers replaced as they were old and a couple torsion bolts. All done by 4:20 the same day! Definitely using g Precision Door for all my door needs! Ryan Swift was very courteous and polite and trusted him with everything! Thank You all so much!

Jordan was very knowledgeable. He gave us several options for a motor replacement and a garage door replacement, we had damage on our existing door. He was never pushy, just gave clear explanations and the choices to best fit our needs. We are happy we chose to go with a new insulated door, it will definitely keep our garage and family room warmer in the winter. Our original door and motor was from 2002, the new belt drive will be quieter. We like to support local companies for our business.
