I called about 11 this morning with a door issue and had a technician to came between 12-2 today to help. About 11:40 Sam Campbell called to say he could come earlier and I said come. Sam arrived shortly after and soon gave me a report of the problem and remedy choices . He was polite, friendly and answered all my questions. He was finished by 2 PM and clean up done and explained everything. A Fantastic young man and a great job. Will definitely call again when I need service. Thank You for hiring sure a good ambassador for you company.

We had an 10+ yr opener where the sensor eyes were picking up false indications, preventing the door from going down. I logged onto the Precision website 11pm Sunday evening and was able to make a service appt for Monday morning. Technician Sam called ~ 20 minutes ahead of his arrival on Monday morning to give us a heads up he was on his way. On site, he was very cordial, explained the situation, and some solutions--- all while not trying to upsell any product. New opener and rollers installed in ~ 1 1/2 hrs and everything is back to working as intended. Highly recommend!
