This is the first time with this company.They came out on time and explained into detail what they felt was needed to repair the garage door.Grant was the technician who came out and was very friendly and easy to work with.He went far and beyond on this visit He also cleaned up the area he was working in! After our home was done in late afternoon he had several other homes to go to still that day and never complained even in the Hot weather! I would recommend this company!

I am so very pleased with the very prompt service I received! My garage door opener did not work and after several tries, I called Precision and within 45 minutes he arrived. However, just before he arrived i tried it again and it worked! My neighbor was here and had tried to find the problem and cleaned cobwebs off the door. The technician came and checked things out and all was ok! I apologized for calling him out here and he was very kind and assured me that I should call anytime if I have an issue with my door. What a relief to know my garage door is ok and to have someone come out to check it for me so quickly. A few weeks ago, my neighbor had trouble with his door and I told him to call Precision and he was very pleased with the service he received. Thank you so much for being a great company to rely on.

Late this afternoon, I headed out of my home to run some errands. I get into my car in my garage, and my garage door will not open, I get out of my car go to the button on the wall and press it nothing. Long story short, I called Precision. The gal who answered the phone was professional, compassionate and sweet. She told me she could have someone out within an hour and a half. Thrilled does not express my happiness. I was sent a bio and a photo of the tech who would be coming, Grant showed up professional, friendly, intelligent and clean - what a sweet gentleman. He located our problem, was able to repair it, and assisted with a couple of other things with the garage door that were going bad as well. What an awesome experience!!! Shawn came within 30 minutes after calling. Very courteous and fixed the problem with the door and noticed all my rollers were wearing out, he replaced them. Also one roller was missing all together. All fixes helped the door run smooth and saved more wear and tear on the motor of the opener.
