I decided to call Precision due to your great TV ads. Then when I saw I had Kyle Muyskens as my technician (saw him on TV) that was exciting. Kyle was wonderful....very complete in his explanations...not pushy at all!!! He gave me an excellent explanation of the bid and I decided what plan I wanted. He and the guy training with him, immediately started the work. I felt bad that the work resulted in them having to stay past 6:00pm. They cleaned up well and helped me move a few things back in place. I would most certainly recommend Precision Garage and especially Kyle. You have a winner with that young man!! Better treat him well!!

Walked out the door Saturday morning and realized the opener control was not working. Called Precision to see if they could help remedy the problem. Stated they would come out that afternoon and a tech would call us when he was on his way. Fortunately enough he was in the area and was able to come that morning. Fixed the problem and went above and beyond by providing maintenance to our garage door. This wasn't our first time calling Precision for service. We had called around the holidays several years ago for a broken spring on our garage door and again it was resolved in a timely manner without breaking the bank! Outstanding customer service. We called at 3:20pm with a garage door that would not open. Within 8 minutes Jordan called and said he was on his way. He arrived at 3:45 and was finished installing a new spring and cable by 5:00. He did a thorough job of investigating the problem and kept me informed with everything he did. I would recommend this company and this young man to anybody! An absolute pleasure to do business with.

The repairman Caiden was prompt actually early to the appointment. He was pleasant, patient while I explained the problem. He explained how he was going to figure out the problem and then he fixed it. It came down to owner error and was a simple fix. I complement Caiden for treating me with dignity when he explained the problem, then he showed me how to keep the problem from happening again.

This is a legitimate 5-star rating. I booked Precision on a Tuesday morning when I was leaving for work and my door wouldn't close. I didn't know how to interpret the error messages from my garage door opener unit, and I was flustered from being late -- so I made a call for help. I booked online that morning and was given an instant appointment confirmation. I was contacted later that day by a customer service rep/dispatcher to better understand my situation. A few minutes later I got a phone call from my technician, Sam, who was able to arrive about 15 minutes early! We hadn't even started the job and it was exceeding my expectations. Once the work began, Sam treated me and my home with complete respect and he even took the time to educate me about the various component parts of an overhead door. Dude knows his stuff and handled the entire job, my stress included, ....near perfectly. Good work. I rarely leave reviews. And this comes on the heels of an unrelated, not-so-great customer experience with another company. Different industry. But this was enough to make my day and course-correct my week. Give 'em a call.

Precision Doors replaced my door opener 4-5 yrs ago. I like it so much that I had them replace my garage door this week. I am amazed at how nice it is! They did excellent work and the door is nicely sealed all the way around it. I also purchased the extended warranty which is for 15 yrs. That will take care of me for a long time!

The lower seal on the door was probably the original seal...and getting it out and a new seal installed was more difficult and time consuming than any of us anticipated...requiring some additional help and different seal. However the guys from Precision got it done and did a great job. When I get new doors...Precision will be at the top of my list. Thanks

Sam was awesome! Did not try to upsell me, just get me what I needed. He made sure that everything was working and that I didn't have any questions. He even lubricated the garage door, programmed my vehicles, and also the key pad for me! Excellent Service! Wish I had called them when I needed a new garage door!
