The technician who came out for my estimate gave me numerous options and told me the pros and con's of each option. That was wonderful, as I feel I was able to make a very informed decision. Brody was the tech who installed the door and opener. He and his assistant explained everything and answered all of my questions. All the people I have dealt with at Precision have been wonderful!!! They are polite and friendly and know their products. The people at Precision genuinely care about their customers. That is heavenly in this day and age. I will not use anybody but Precision for my garage door needs.

My senior aged relative's single stall garage door decided not to open all the way up, only opened and stopped about 12" off the ground. We went over and saw the dual springs had popped out. We contacted Precision and they came out the following day on time! The technician Sam Mathis called and texted me that he was on his way. Arrived on time! He looked over the issues, wrote up a total cost and completed the project within 1 hour. Garage door operates as it should! Pricing is reasonable for a garage door repair, perhaps on the higher side overall, but service was excellent!

I found a flyer in a ValPack for you and thought I'd call a couple places to check my options for the repair needed for my garage door. The staff that answered the phone, came to service the door, and everything involved was FABLOUS! I called in the early afternoon, and someone was at our home in about an hour. The repair was able to be completed RIGHT AWAY and resolved - Hurray! My husband said that Sam explained everything very well and offered ideas/options that made us feel that they weren't just pushing a sale - LOVE THIS. We had another company out to look at it a few hours before you and they weren't able to provide specifics/service right away (sales had to get back to us and still haven't). My one criticism is that I was VERY hesitant to contact you in the first place. I Google searched the phone number on the flyer (515-934-8339), and nothing came up! I also went to the website on the flyer and noticed that the phone numbers listed on the site do not match the flyer either. Very unnerving with all the scammers out there these days - it made me not start off with trust and made me WANT to second guess options offered. I decided to contact your company anyway because I could at least compare to the other company that came out. After calling in, getting text notifications, and the experience with Sam, we were put to ease. I am pleased overall but would caution you about these things and suggested looking into this to gain trust of future customers. Thank you!

I’ve been having trouble with my garage access pad not consistently opening or closing my garage door from the outside, so I finally called to ask that someone come out and take a look. I was SO pleasantly surprised when they were here within an hour of my call! The technician (Caiden) was fabulous! He listened to me and could relate to the issues that I was describing to him! We discussed several options… Including replacing the pad, but I decided to try the Wi-Fi option before replacing the pad and I’m very happy to report that I haven’t had any trouble since! Kyle is the absolute man. This is the third time he's been out to our place.He always has a genuine smile and is so polite and efficient as heck. He said 3 hours for reinforcing the door, adjusting the suspension accordingly due to the additional weight and replacing the outdated motor, which involved installing a new keypad on the outside, a new button on the inside and programming the new openers for me and my boyfriend to have in our car. He was there early, and had it done in less than two hours, and he did it singlehandedly in 20 degree weather. Because of his knowledge and skill he saved us almost 2 grand but finding a way to fix the door without us having to replace it. He is seriously the best. 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend.
