Precision garage door meet my expectations and then some. We heard about your company thru tv advertising and are garage door opener decided to go out on us after 30 years, so I decided to call. Wow Ryan called us at 8:00AM on a Sunday and said he was on his way. Ryan was very polite and courteous, and very professional. He gave us a quote to replace our old door opener and told us how long it would take him to complete the job. We like the no extra charge for nights and weekend policy. My name is Jen and I’m writing this on behalf of my mom Gina as I worked directly with the gentleman that came out today. We have two amazing employees come out for a consult. Their names were Kyle and Mason. We needed a repair and the quote was completely honest and in asking additional questions, we decided to just replace the entire system. The care in explaining the quote, the equipment, the difference in price when we decided it would be best to replace everything and the warranty was fantastic. The fact it was being done same day was also fantastic. They both worked quickly and honestly went above and beyond by helping me figure out how to program my car to the garage door as well. I chose Precision because I was looking for a specific manufacturer of door sealer. The name recognition from your advertising did not hurt. I had expected that a technician was coming out to give an estimate and assurance that Precision could install the Clopay sealer I needed. Actually, Cody came out, analyzed the problem, and offered to make the needed repairs immediately. Cody was professional but also very personable. He obviously knew what was needed and was very accommodating in his explanations. What I thought might be a multi-step process was handled quickly and expertly. We were concerned about noisy closing and opening of our garage door one year after spring and hardware replacement by Precision. Our service call was scheduled within 48 hours based on our availability. Adam Looman, Service Tech, arrived promptly as scheduled, listened to our concerns and spent time assessing the situation. He reassured us that things were working properly, lubricated the tracks as needed, and left us with a can of lubricant and instructions as to how and when to lubricate. He was knowledgeable and patient, and did a great job addressing our concerns, all at no charge to us! Overall, a terrific service experience.

These are the guys to go with. The price was better than all the other quotes I got, and I was so impressed with the installer, Derek. He did the whole teardown and rebuild by himself on a 100 degree day and did a fantastic, thorough job. He took the time to make sure everything was sealed, balanced, lubricated and done right, even when the sun was sweltering. He did the entire job himself in a few hours, including loading up the old 14 foot wooden door to haul away. Very impressed with the whole process.
