Quite possibly the best home contractor experience I have ever had. Far and away the most responsive, professional, reliable, affordable service I've ever received. Garage spring broke at 2:00, a tech was here by 3:00, and the system was repaired better than new by around 4:30. For a very reasonable price and a lifetime warranty. Money well spent, which isn't a thing I EVER say about home service technicians!

We are completely happy with the installation of our overhead door. It looks great! During the shipping process one of the panels received a 3 inch scratch / gouge. The panel was replaced without incident and in a timely manner. The gentlemen that did the install were very nice and professional. Very quick response. A varmint had chewed the bottom seal on the garage door. I called Precision and they were out in less than an hour to replace it. Truly appreciate their speedy and efficient assistance. (pricing on the seal seemed a bit high.)

I was pleased with Kyle Muyskens work. He took the time to explain everything to me before he started his work. Kyle showed me damaged pieces that would need repairs. Kyle went over my options for what repairs I could afford and explained the process. After Kyle completed his work, he showed me the repairs and opened and closed garage door. It was so quiet and smooth. He explained to me that I should lube the tracks once a year. I was very satisfied with the work before, during and after. Kyle sent me a copy of my repairs and pictures of his work. I was also very happy that Precision could come to my house the same day and get my door operational. I used Precision a few years back to repair an old garage door opener which bought me time before replacing it. This time it broke for good so I called Precision Door again and they had a technician to my house within 2 hours! He went over everything with me to make sure what I wanted and the costs involved with each option. He then replaced my opener within half an hour or so!
