Our garage door spring broke in the afternoon and we needed to get it fixed that same night. Brandon came out In the evening and got everything fixed along with some updates to our rollers and the bearings. He wrote everything up in an easy to understand estimate and had the work done in under an hour. Brandon and Precision garage door saved the day. I will definitely call again if we have issues down the road!

I chose Precision Garage Door because my relatives had good experiences with this company. Worth Henry was the technician that came to fix the problem with our garage door. He diagnosed the problem right away. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to be fixed and what all of our options were. Worth worked diligently to make sure we were satisfied once he had fixed the problems. Now our garage door probably works the best it ever has since we bought the house. Never thought about my garage door opener until the day it didn’t work. The Precision Door jingle popped into my head. It was a Saturday, but they answered the call and sent someone within three hours. Ryan told me what had broken and why and my options for fixing it. After he fixed it, Ryan showed me the new parts. The whole repair process took a little over an hour.

Representative from Precision came out, he was very nice. He took several pictures & quoted me $1300.00 to fix my garage door. Told him I couldn't afford that... And he left. Before he left, I asked if Precision was associated with AHS (American Home Shield) He said no. I called AHS, and they sent me a representative from a competitor. After his assessment, he told me my Garage door wasn't broke at all, and that "something" just came loose. The gentleman did the quick fix with the materials that were still attached to the door, greased & lubricated everything and left. (no charge)

Walked out the door Saturday morning and realized the opener control was not working. Called Precision to see if they could help remedy the problem. Stated they would come out that afternoon and a tech would call us when he was on his way. Fortunately enough he was in the area and was able to come that morning. Fixed the problem and went above and beyond by providing maintenance to our garage door. This wasn't our first time calling Precision for service. We had called around the holidays several years ago for a broken spring on our garage door and again it was resolved in a timely manner without breaking the bank! Thank you Bryce for your excellent service and repair!

Outstanding customer service. We called at 3:20pm with a garage door that would not open. Within 8 minutes Jordan called and said he was on his way. He arrived at 3:45 and was finished installing a new spring and cable by 5:00. He did a thorough job of investigating the problem and kept me informed with everything he did. The repairman Caiden was prompt actually early to the appointment. He was pleasant, patient while I explained the problem. He explained how he was going to figure out the problem and then he fixed it. It came down to owner error and was a simple fix. Sam was awesome! Did not try to upsell me, just get me what I needed. He made sure that everything was working and that I didn't have any questions. He even lubricated the garage door, programmed my vehicles, and also the key pad for me! Excellent Service! Wish I had called them when I needed a new garage door! Excellent service!! Kyle was my technician. Exactly on time. Very polite and well/spoken. Very clean and tidy with work area. Excellent manners. Superb customer service!! Thorough in inspection and timely estimate/quote with several options for repairs. New type of springs: torsion replacement. Worked efficiently and finished in allotted time frame he said it would take. Price was more than I was expecting, but since I don’t have the knowledge and know how of these types of repairs, it must be what it is now. Overall, a wonderful experience.
