I called and wasn’t sure what the problem was. If it was the opener, the springs or the door itself. I received wonderful service on the phone, and they had an opening the very next morning! Sam (the technician) contacted me and was here within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. He was professional, friendly, listened to my concerns and let me explain what I have done to try and remedy myself. He did full inspection and within 20 minutes came back with 3 estimates. We agreed on one that made us both comfortable that addressed all of my concerns, including replacing the springs, rollers and rubber pad I also have knowledge future steps that I can improve my garage door function. Can’t recommend them enough!

Very pleased with technician Sam. I wanted to get rid of my noisy chain garage door opener and he went over my options, and I choose the Genie Belt Drive option. Very quiet and smooth.
